Contrary to what many people have said about Green Hill Hotel in Valparai, it is not recommended to stay here. Located on the State Bank road, it does not have any good views at all.
What's more the rooms look a bit dingy since overall it does not give an impression of a clean room at all. The food is served in a dining hall & is not worth writing about. It was also annoying to have one's ears badgered by music from the hall opposite.
Only if you just don't get any place to stay at all, then as a last ditch option you should stay here. The
Green Hill Hotel Valparai room tariff is Rs.1400/- per day (for 2 persons in one room). Since we had booked in advance, we stayed only for one day & the next day shifted to
this homestay in Valparai. In fact, the reason why we had booked here is because it is one of the few places which have parking facility.
